💚 Lovely to call down to Alexandra Park Bowling Green this morning to meet with bowlers, park volunteers and Council Officers to discuss improvements required for the greens going forwards.
⚡️ Whilst we were there, we had chance to see the new defibrillator on site that we paid for via our Brighter Borough Funding provided by Wigan Council. The park and greens are very well used by residents, so this will be a lifeline available should it ever be needed in an emergency!
👏 Thanks again to all those involved in today’s meeting: we will continue to work together with the park’s bowlers, volunteers, Council Officers and residents to make Alexandra Park the best it can be.
