Catching Up with Daffodils Dreams to See Their Fantastic Work!

Last week, we had a great catch up with Maureen, Noreen and other staff and volunteers at Daffodils Dreams, hearing about the terrific work they do for children and adults across our borough all year round.

So far in their journey, they have helped over 6,500 children and 900 adults, ensuring that people can get the basic essentials they need, including clothing, bedding, toiletries and much more!

At their premises, at 87-89 Wallgate, they have a boutique, which is open Mon-Sat from 10am-4pm, and offers affordably priced clothing, accessories and other items, with proceeds going back into their programmes. It's a win-win for the community!

Daffodils Dreams also has a Community Lounge open on Wednesdays and Fridays. Everyone is welcome down to socialise and have a brew and a biscuit! Please do try to support this brilliant charity where you can!
