Our town halls in Wigan and Leigh will be lit up this evening as a mark of respect and solidarity with communities in Southport.Earlier this week the Mayor of Wigan Borough, Council Leader Cllr David Molyneux and Chief Executive wrote to their counterparts at Sefton Council to offer condolences and support.
