Damaged Railings on Enfield Street: Reported It, Fixed It!

 

For the third time, the railings on Enfield Street were recently damaged by vehicles turning into them.

I am pleased to report that all the damaged sections have now been replaced!

This location has been a long-running problem. In the past, the railings had been removed and were replaced after lobbying from myself and local residents. Then, they were moved back further onto the pavement, to try and prevent collisions.

If this issue persists, I will continue to work with the Traffic Department to implement new infrastructure to keep pedestrians and drivers as safe as possible.
